The Immigration Department fees for a 500 Student visa are:
$1600 for the main applicant
$1190 for an additional applicant over 18
$390 for an additional applicant under 18
How long will the visa take to be processed?
Basic Requirements
Be enrolled in an accredited course and provide a Confirmation of Enrolment letter.
Be over the age of 6, and make welfare arrangements if under 18 years of age.
Arrange overseas health cover.
Conduct a health check.
Have enough money to support your stay.
Obtain an Australian police check.
Study English unless you have an approved English test score proving you have competent English unless you are exempt.
485 TEMPORARY GRADUATE VISA
A temporary graduate visa will allow you to work in a nominated occupation to gain work experience.

$1945 for the main applicant
$975 for an additional applicant over 18
$490 for an additional applicant under 18
How long will the visa take to be processed?
Basic Requirements
Have held a student visa in the last 6 months.
Be 35 years of age or under.
Arrange overseas health insurance.
Conduct a health check.
Have a qualification specified on the Skilled Occupation List.
Have a skill assessment in your nominated occupation (depends on the occupation and stream)
Obtain an Australian police check.
Have a competent level of English.
